[SOLVED] Evidence-Based Practice Project Proposal

1. After implementation, dissemination of the evidence-based practice outcomes is essential for evaluating the success of the project for ensuring sustainability. Propose strategies that you could use for disseminating the outcomes of your evidence-based practice project proposal. Consider what information would need to be communicated, which stakeholders would need to be involved and the communication methods that would be needed.
2. Pick one of the cases listed
   Identify the patient’s symptoms and the available demographic and historical data.
   Discuss your differential diagnosis and provide a thorough basis for any diagnoses you have included.
   Determine what (if any) additional testing you would order and how this would be helpful in clarifying the diagnosis.
   Finally, explain recommendations for the patient/family for ongoing functioning (social, occupational and academic, if applicable).
3. ⦁ In this unit, we have explored three topics: Gender; Sexual Orientation & Gender Identity; and Economic Class.  Obviously, we have not studied these topics comprehensively.  There are innumerable other views on these issues, which we’re simply not able to fit into our schedule.  Use the Internet to find one work (an article, book, poem, video, song, multimedia, etc.) that you would add to the syllabus for ONE of these topics (either Gender, Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity, or Economic Class) if you were teaching this class.  Provide the hyperlink below, then, in one paragraph (approximately 5-7 complex sentences) explain why you would assign this work and how it relates to the assigned materials we’ve explored together.  You must make specific reference to at least two assigned sources (readings, films, lectures) from Unit 3. evidence-based practice project proposal
