Program the function exchange :: [(Int, Int)] ? String ? String.
This feature
shall for each int-tuple (x, y) replace the characters in the string (second parameter) from
index x to but not with index y, with the translation to «Newspeak». If the string
f.o.m. index x to but not with index y does not have a translation for «Newspeak» you need
replace the characters with ‘*’.
You can assume that the indices in the tuples will always be in the correct order (x < y) and that they will not
be less than 0 or greater than the length of the string. Indexes in different tuples will
also do not overlap

Eg: exchange [(11,20)] “Haskell is excellent” = “Haskell is doubleplusgood”

exchange [(0,7)] “Haskell is excellent” = “******** is excellent”

exchange [(0,7), (11,20)] “Haskell is excellent” = “******** is doubleplusgood”
