The output should include a header as well as a blank line after a sub-total and before the grand total. The input consists of two columns of integers in sorted order. The first column is an account number and the second number is a dollar amount. (An account number is a unique 5-digit integer that associates each dollar amount, with no dollar sign or cents, associated with an expense for the account number on the same line.) The input is always in sorted order (lowest account numbers first and ends with the highest account number). The output is a header (“Account Number Expense”) followed by all of the expenses associated with one account, then a sub-total, a blank line, and then all of the expenses associated with the next account, sub-total, etc. After the last account and its sub-total, there is a blank line and then the grand total of all expenses.
