1- There are seven basic tasks when dealing with strategic police management; the mission or vision, objectives, developing strategies, implementing the strategy, evaluation, the evaluation of the performance, and the review stage. To start, the mission or vision that law enforcement develops are to succeed and eventually guide ethical models and moral behavior to associate with the goals of the department to the public. Kennedy (1993) mentions that “new strategies, new allocations of resources and new lines of authority to give [policing] a much better chance to succeed” (pg. 4, para 3). An officer’s duty is to protect the public and developing new ways to do so are important for law enforcement to keep or gain the trust of the community. The objectives of police management are highly important in making sure to maintain the goals and norms of the police department secure and known. Details and objectives are only good when they are followed and achieved; to do so they need to be clear, and attainable. The development and implantation of strategies in order to continue with the steps are effective in the way that makes the whole vision possible. Without day to day steps or procedures to obtain the main goal, it will not be fulfilled. The last two stages of evaluating and reviewing the outcome of everything implies what was good, what was bad, and what needs to be fixed. The reviewing and revaluating stage really helps the department to dig deep into “why didn’t this work?” or “What needs to be done to make this better”. With careful review police management will be able to see what they did well or what they can improve on in order to maintain the peace, and trust with their community.

2-All of the managers were always creating and implement the strategies so they can excerpt their leadership and to divert within, but productive manner in a way the organizations of accomplishes their own mission statement. strategies will be a pattern in plan that will be integrates the organization of mission, action of sequences, the policies. the purpose is to have a mission, vision, and also the values first. there are always be defining their purpose of focus and their goals of the organization that will be able to pursue and to also process and two achieve their own goals. with the strategy of the improving their policing to be more proactive and also more technical of no response for the crime and the problems of the community their problems are the main purpose is to be able to prevent and also control the crime. versus Siri of a manager in their contrast and their review of the organization and the evaluation of each of their decision terms of the vision, mission, objectives golas within the organization. When the community of the crime changes, the operational of police manager will have to analyze how the crime is occurring and what effects the crimes will have on the community this will also provide the solution for limitations for the principals that can be based on system thinking, this will provide the managers the ability to carefully consider the subsystem.


Community police council- this is a group that is responsible for overseeing all the implementing of strategies to help reduce crime along with disorder

Police liaison officers- they will work within a community and also try to develop the trust of the community

Serving the community- this group will reevaluate the services and the professionals of all the performances of the agencies

Every Police Department should have a responsible leader that will lead my example. Police Sergeants and Lieutenants must follow peace officer standards and training policies by keeping clean channels of communication with the chain of command. This should be the first steps towards compliance and vivid communication with officers and supervisors. Departmental policies and guidelines shall also be adhered within the three shifts. Police officers training must always be “ongoing” due to many elements required by on duty peace officers. Community policing is another area where police officers could develop their social skills and personal skills. According to Badiora and Ntamark (2020) “mentioned community policing is important because the extent to which community members are willing to render support in solving problems, provide input in policy making, and participate in various crime prevention programs can significantly affect the establishment, sustenance, and effectiveness of CP programs” (p. 286). I believe this information is paramount due to past broken relationships with civil society and police. Perhaps with this approach, police and the public could mend past relationships in the future by preventing police brutality and injustice.

However, proper analysis within crime areas shall be examined in the effort to deploy proper crime control policies and prevention methods. These will help the department to strategically approach issues within their respected cities. Community policing is where it all starts, from their the department may branch out by creating new crime prevention measures such as citizens on patrol and neighborhood crime watch groups.
